We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Operation Manager to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Security Operations Management: Develop and implement effective security operations strategies to protect our IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are understood and met, and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of security services.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in multiple IT Security domains in a large organization, preferably in the Retail industry.
- Leadership Experience: 3 years or more experience of managing security operations in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a good understanding of information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
