We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Front Desk Specialist at an international law firm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues alike.
This role will also involve providing administrative support to marketing, HR, and legal secretaries, including meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and general office organization.
Duties- Welcome and greet guests in a professional manner
- Provide refreshments to guests and staff
- Screen and direct calls to ensure efficient communication
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Organize catering and events as required
- Liaise with couriers and delivery services
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Ideal candidate should be available to start work immediately
- Residing in Abu Dhabi
- A degree is preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in an international law firm or a multinational financial services organization
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, and Arabic language skills will be advantageous
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Well-organized and presented, with attention to detail
Working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, in a professional and friendly environment.
