We are seeking an experienced OPD Medical Nurse - Staff Position to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing individualized plans of care. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
* Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment data
* Provide direct patient care, including medications administration and treatments
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
### Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant field
* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi, UAE
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
