RM Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled RM Technician to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our completion team, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling completion and liner systems, adhering to our Operational Excellence and Performance Standards (OEPS).

• System Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble completion and liner systems under close supervision, adhering to our Operational Excellence and Performance Standards (OEPS).
• Technical Assistance: Assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of completion equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools.
• Process Improvement: Implement mandatory modifications to mitigate non-productive time and enhance field service delivery performance.
• Client Support: Attend client locations when necessary to carry out repair and maintenance tasks.
• Compliance and Safety: Comply with all safety rules, company policies, and quality system requirements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Professional Development: Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management and equipment tracking.

• Education: Possess a college degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in completion Subassembly.
• Technical Skills: Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures meticulously.
• Learning and Development: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive learning plan, including computer-based modules and classroom training.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
