Job Overview: Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to drive our online product listings and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel and macros, as well as experience in banner editing and creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
  • Manage and maintain product data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Use Excel and macros to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve product listings and performance.
  • Product Listings:
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.
  • Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Banner Editing and Creation:
  • Design and edit banners for use on the website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Content Management:
  • Assist in managing and updating website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional banners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to the E-Commerce Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of macros.
  • Experience with banner editing and creation using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and macros.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
