Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement HSE Management Systems: Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of HSE management systems in accordance with ADNOC requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct Regular Inspections and Audits: Conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards.

- Stay Abreast of Industry Developments: Collaborate with regulatory authorities, industry organizations, and stakeholders to stay up-to-date on new regulations, standards, and best practices in HSE management.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Support the HSE Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the oil and gas industry.
- ADNOC HSE approval is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ADNOC regulations, standards, and requirements.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HSE management software.
