Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching students in reading development, with a focus on phonics and literacy techniques. A strong background in English and a deep understanding of phonics concepts are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coach students in reading development, focusing on phonics and literacy techniques.
  2. Develop and implement effective reading instruction strategies.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in English: This qualification is necessary for the position as it demonstrates a solid foundation in language and literature.
  • Minimum one year experience in UAE (British curriculum): Experience working in a British curriculum environment is beneficial as it shows familiarity with the system and curriculum.
  • Good knowledge of phonics: Phonics is a crucial aspect of reading instruction, and a deep understanding of phonics concepts is essential for this role.
  • Excellent English communication skills: Effective communication is vital for teaching and coaching students, so excellent English language skills are necessary.
