About the Role:

  • Spearheading site development activities, including material supply, subcontractor management, and equipment utilization.
  • Collaborating with project managers, customers, and production personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Establishing and enforcing health, safety, environmental, and security protocols on-site.
  • Developing and implementing detailed construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee relations issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Managing payroll processing, timekeeping functions, and related administrative tasks.
  • Contributing to project review meetings, providing updates, and offering solutions to challenges.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in construction, preferably with a degree in construction management or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and certifications (OSHA, API, ASME, AWWA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with geotechnical investigation works, large diameter bored piles, non-production pile testing, post-tensioning works for reinforced concrete.
  • Proven track record in managing complex civil projects, particularly those involving concrete full containment LNG tanks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated business partnering skills, adaptability, and ability to work in varying environments.
