  • Maintain cost targets while upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
  • Drive performance management of your team members and prepare training and development plans for riders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities at small sites, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes.

Supervise Last Mile Operations: Directly supervise last-mile delivery teams, focusing on efficient package delivery and customer satisfaction.

Meet Customer-Facing Metrics: Maintain high standards of customer service by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators related to delivery times and accuracy.

Safety and Morale: Foster a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting employee well-being and minimizing risks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree holder with experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to travel up to 50% of time in UAE to analyze, implement, monitor best practice solutions.
