Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Automation:

  • Identify and execute finance process improvement projects to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee the standardization and automation of key financial processes, leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and financial technology solutions.

Project Management & PMO Office Setup:

  • Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) within Finance to oversee transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement PMO governance frameworks, ensuring structured project execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Financial Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance financial performance.
  • Present performance dashboards and analytical reports to senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in finance excellence, process improvement, or project management.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
  • Proven expertise in financial performance monitoring, KPI development, and reporting.
