We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Consultant to focus on Off-plan (Middle East) / Dubai Secondary Market.

The key responsibilities include negotiating and closing sales, providing expert advice on real estate transactions, and building relationships with clients to ensure outstanding satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.

The successful candidate will interact with foreign partners, developers, agents, and owners, search for relevant information at the request of clients, prepare presentations, and assist in adapting clients abroad.

The role involves working with a real estate database, attracting new products, preparing presentations, conducting projects in foreign real estate direction development, immigration, legal, tax, and economic expertise.

The consultant will also be responsible for preparing information and reference materials, articles, presentations, reviews, and analytics, participating in conferences, presentations, exhibitions, forums, and webinars, and assisting the sales manager and head of the department.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of Real Estate experience, perfect sales and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, and fluency in English.
