The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority seeks a highly skilled Senior Legal Researcher to join its team. As a key member of the Legal Consultations Section, you will be responsible for providing legal research support and advice to organizational units, analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications, and contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and standard forms.

You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, budget and procurement plans, and operational plans that align with the department's strategy and objectives. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring timely and up-to-date legal advice on outstanding legal matters and drafting resolutions, circulars, and correspondences that conform to relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research, reviewing financial disclosure reports, participating in the development of local legal legislations, and maintaining accurate records and archives. You will also contribute to the preparation of annual strategic and operational work plans, operating budgets, and awareness workshops for employees.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Management
  • 4-6 years of experience in legal counselling in a business environment or corporate law in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer
