We are looking for a highly skilled Highway Materials Manager to join our team at Parsons Oman. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major highway projects and contribute to the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical management of material and component performance.
  • Coordinate with construction teams on material submittals and testing.
  • Analyze laboratory reports and conduct acceptance sampling plans.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual relationships, quality control measures, and materials science.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field.
