  3. Develop and implement plans to reduce the carbon footprint of projects in the pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  4. Analyze and evaluate the scorecard of every project, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for sustainability enhancements.
  5. Foster a culture of team wellbeing and bonding, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Ensure fair and transparent partner associations, contributing to the growth and development of the company's sustainability model.
  7. Align the company's sustainability goals with the group's overall objectives, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach.
  8. Facilitate the development of guiding principles and annual sustainability reports, providing stakeholders with valuable insights into the company's environmental performance.
  9. Review and assess health and safety measures for employees, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance workplace safety.
  10. Extend sustainability and team wellbeing initiatives to other countries, promoting a global approach to environmental stewardship.

Requirements for Success
A Bachelor's degree in Administration or Sustainability is required to excel in this role.
