Main Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives, budget constraints, and timeframes while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
  3. Presentation and revision of design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs and meet project requirements.

  5. Preparation of specifications and construction documentation, including site visits to ensure designs are executed according to specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
  2. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Strong understanding of all design phases, from concept to full IFC documentation.
  4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on details, accuracy, and deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
