**Job Summary**

As a Process Engineering Manager at Wood, you will be responsible for leading the Process Engineering and Design team to deliver high-quality process engineering deliverables that meet the asset operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the Process Engineering and Design team to ensure timely and quality delivery of process engineering deliverables
* Ensure that all process engineering deliverables conform to applicable engineering codes and standards, as well as the Client's policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Client's Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance staff to ensure a consistent approach to project completion
* Promote safe behavior at all times

**People Management**

* In conjunction with the Engineering Manager, manage succession planning for direct reports
* Provide coaching and mentoring for direct reports
* Support the development and retention of motivated and qualified people

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in process engineering and management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
