The Business Systems Analyst - Sales and Marketing will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Sales and Marketing systems. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all technical activities required to support these systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. EDI Transaction Management: Monitor and maintain EDI transaction processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction issues related to Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Acknowledgements, Advanced Shipping Notices, and Invoices.
  3. System Development: Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of EDI enhancements.
  4. Integration Support: Support all EDI transactions in mapping, testing, and integration testing with EDI partners.
  5. Process Improvement: Assist in the design and implementation of EDI-related enhancements and improvements.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document EDI requirements.
  7. System Proficiency: Proficiency in JDE Order to Cash processes such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Billing, and Accounts Receivable, and an understanding of how modules interact with each other.
  8. Autonomy: Ability to be self-guided and take charge with minimal supervision.
  9. Access Management: Assign and remove access to users related to SOD and SOX requirements.
  10. Reporting: Run quarterly SOD and SOX reports for internal audit.
  11. Special Requests: Work with internal audit for any special requests.
  12. User Setup: Review user setup in the JDE ERP for completeness.
  13. Software Development: Design and develop Salesforce apps with Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JAVA, CSS, HTML, and Lightning Web Components.
  14. Admin Tasks: Perform Salesforce admin tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a role involving evaluating, analyzing, or supporting ERP systems.
  3. Implementation Experience: Experience with software implementation projects.
