About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team at A Leading Manufacturing Company In The UAE. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading our design team and overseeing the development of our data center projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center design and management, with experience in coordinating all aspects of design, including CSA, MEP, and specialist sub-contract packages. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design team and oversee the development of data center projects
  • Coordinate all aspects of design, including CSA, MEP, and specialist sub-contract packages
  • Manage CAD, Draughts team, Shop drawings, RFI's, material submissions, NOC's, and design management/coordination
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the supply chain to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in data center design and management
  • Strong background in BIM and CAD software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
