About the Role
This position offers the chance to be part of a high-growth company's expansion into the Middle East. You'll take ownership of key HR functions, including visa processing, payroll, compliance, and employee support, while managing office operations and contributing to a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Management of visa processing, work permits, and employee relocations, ensuring efficient onboarding.
- Providing hands-on support for employees transitioning to Dubai, including administrative assistance and accommodation guidance.
Office & Operations Management
- Leadership of the day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, ensuring an efficient and professional work environment.
- Establishment of HR processes, policies, and operational workflows to support future growth.
- Support for team expansion, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Collaboration with HR teams in Europe to maintain alignment in HR policies and compliance.
- Regular updates to senior leadership on local HR activities, workforce planning, and operational improvements.
Your Background
- HR Expertise – Strong HR administration background with previous experience in a DMCC-registered company, understanding its systems, processes, and regulatory framework.
- Global Mobility Knowledge – At least 5 years of experience managing visa applications, work permits, and relocations in Dubai/UAE.
- Process-Driven & Detail-Oriented – Ability to develop and optimize HR workflows while maintaining strict compliance.
- International Mindset – Experience in global environments and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
