Subsurface Expert Wanted

We are seeking a Subsurface Expert to join our team at Star Services LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geology and experience with subsurface analysis.

Main Duties:
  • Perform volumetric computations and contribute to subsurface uncertainty analysis.
  • Help develop and update integrated 3D geological models.
  • Participate in reservoir characterization studies including wireline log acquisition and core analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret geological and geophysical data including well logs, seismic surveys, and production data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in geology, geosciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in subsurface analysis or a geoscience-related role in the oil and gas industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with geomodelling software applications.
  • Basic understanding of seismic interpretation, reservoir characterization, and structural modelling.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing, confidently presenting technical information clearly.
