Job Summary:

The Learning Development Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies to enhance the skills of employees. This includes conducting needs assessments, designing training programs, and delivering interactive training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with management to discuss staffing needs and develop learning plans based on identified deficiencies.
  • Design and develop training materials, such as workbooks, manuals, and job aids.
  • Prepare for training classes and conduct stand-up training sessions.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
