We are seeking a seasoned Direct Sales Team Head to join our team at Sharaf DG.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who can drive business growth and develop high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a direct sales unit of up to 12 direct sales staff and driving the overall productivity of the team.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with company strategies. Your expertise in leadership, team management, and communication will play a crucial role in achieving success in this position.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead a Direct sales unit of up to 12 direct sales staff.
  • Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
  • Hiring, training, providing coaching, and assisting team members.
  • Monitor and review monthly performance, ensure quality service, and handle customer complaints and escalations.
  • Responsible for the overall profitability of the channel.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies of our partner banks.
