About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned PMO Leadership Position holder to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for our client's PMO function, ensuring alignment with project objectives and governance requirements.

You will coordinate PMO resources and activities across multiple workstreams and project teams, developing and implementing robust reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility on project status, risks, and performance metrics. A strong understanding of governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and risk management processes is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role. A PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is also required. Experience working within large-scale, multibillion-dollar programs and managing stakeholder relationships at executive levels is highly desirable.
