About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in large-scale commercial and residential projects, preferably high-rise developments. Your expertise in concept design and pre-concept design will be essential in driving our design philosophy forward.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Direct a team of creative design architects to prepare and present exceptional pre-concept designs and concept designs for luxury building projects.
  2. Develop and implement design strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and project delivery.
  4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in our designs.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a lead or senior role.
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects on time and within budget.
  3. Strong understanding of design philosophy, principles, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  5. Chartered Architect (RIBA or equivalent) and degree in Architecture (essential).
