Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sustainability Strategy: Take charge of creating and implementing our company's sustainability strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Business Units: Partner with various business units to ensure that sustainability efforts are integrated with overall corporate goals.
  3. Formulate and Implement Sustainability Policies: Develop and implement policies and processes that support our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives.
  4. Provide Sustainability Training and Resources: Offer training and resources to enhance sustainability knowledge across all staff levels.
  5. Represent the Company: Act as our representative in external engagements related to ESG and sustainability.
  6. Manage Sustainability Division: Manage the daily operations of the sustainability division, including reporting on data and partnerships.

Requirements

  3. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the financial, commercial, and regulatory landscape.
  5. Sustainability Expertise: Strong familiarity with diverse aspects of sustainability, including environmental management and strategic planning within financial institutions.
