We are seeking a talented Reservoir Characterization Expert to join our team at Star Services LLC.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can apply their knowledge of reservoir characterization to support the development of integrated 3D geological models.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing volumetric computations, contributing to subsurface uncertainty analysis, and assisting in reservoir characterization studies.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting geological and geophysical data, assisting in well planning, drilling operations, and reservoir monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geology, geosciences, or a related field, with experience in geomodelling software applications and a basic understanding of seismic interpretation, reservoir characterization, and structural modelling.

Familiarity with GIS packages is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation.
  • Support the development of integrated 3D geological models.
  • Contribute to subsurface uncertainty analysis.
  • Assist in reservoir characterization studies.
  • Participate in well planning, drilling operations, and reservoir monitoring activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in geology, geosciences, or a related field.
  • Internship experience or up to 2 years in a geoscience-related role in the oil and gas industry.
  • Familiarity with geomodelling software applications.
  • Basic understanding of seismic interpretation, reservoir characterization, and structural modelling.
