Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team at KEO International Consultants. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large, complex building projects from design through construction document production and construction administration with a multi-disciplined team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Oversee and guide consultants through the design process, conducting design reviews for completeness and constructability, and monitoring progress and timely submissions at all design phases.
  • Advising clients on all matters pertaining to cost, scope, and schedule, and reviewing and monitoring project cost estimates, value engineering proposals, and cost reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain risk management plans, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project directors, engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and issue RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate contract terms and deliverables, and issue recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
  • Registration with a professional engineering, project management society, or other recognized body is required.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with Arabic communication skills advantageous but not essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the GCC market, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
