Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment onsite.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries
  • Check incoming materials for quantity and quality.
  • Ensure all deliveries match the purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
Storage and Organization
  • Properly store materials to prevent damage and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Implement and maintain an organized layout in the storage area.
Issuing Materials
  • Distribute materials to site workers as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of all issued items to track usage.
Coordination with Procurement
  • Liaise with the procurement department to reorder materials as needed.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials to prevent work stoppages.
Health and Safety Compliance
  • Ensure the storage area complies with health and safety regulations.

  • Location: At least 2 years of work experience in the UAE is mandatory
