Job Overview:
The Mechanical Foreman Fitout will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitout projects. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience working in a dynamic construction environment. We are seeking someone who can effectively coordinate with project teams, evaluate quality control measures, and identify potential technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other services in fitout projects.
  • Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and daily reports.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during mechanical installation.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical works with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the fitout industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to mechanical works.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools.
