About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in technical specifications and equipment manufacturing to drive project success.
  • You will work closely with subcontractors, evaluate technical offers, and recommend suitable partners to achieve project goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review technical specifications for precommissioning services and equipment manufacturing;
  • Collaborate with subcontract engineers to manage contracts with precommissioning subcontractors;
  • Evaluate technical offers from subcontractors and select suitable partners;
  • Guarantee the successful completion of precommissioning activities and optimize testing procedures;
  • Lead a team of precommissioning engineers and foster collaboration between teams;
  • Represent the company in interface meetings with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Develop and validate testing procedures;
  • Participate in testing activities on site (onshore or offshore) in West or East Africa.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in subsea precommissioning;
  • Proven experience in offshore missions on installation boats and/or FPSO/platforms;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel for on-site missions as required by the project.
