About the Role

We're seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Probellum, a leading brand in the world of boxing. As a creative and driven individual, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging promotional materials for 100 events each year, including pay-per-view events and televised fights on international networks and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Create Promotional Materials: Develop posters, social posts, stylized thumbnails, autograph cards, tradeshow booths, apparel, billboards, magazine and newspaper advertisements, and other creative assets requested by the marketing and public relations departments.
  2. Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Create motion graphics for promos and short-form content, such as title treatments, transitions, and lower thirds, as well as support for in-arena content.
  3. Template Development: Work from existing third-party templates to create engaging and on-brand content.
  4. Business and Marketing Translation: Translate business and marketing needs into creative that is compelling, engaging, intuitive, and on-trend.
Requirements
  1. Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio of work demonstrating an awareness and understanding of design principles alongside creativity.
  2. Education: Degree or similar in design.
  3. Creative and Technical Skills: Solid knowledge and experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects. Programs like Maya and Cinema 4D are a plus.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills; the ability to constructively shape conversation and voice your ideas.
  5. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to interpret briefs correctly with enthusiasm and creativity, and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  1. Passion for Boxing: A passion for boxing and combat sports.
  2. Relevant Experience: Knowledge and experience with motion graphics, video editing, or illustration.
