Sales Coordinator Role

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and timely transaction process.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, developers, and other parties involved in the sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client information, leads, and sales contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the progress of their transactions and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Oqood training certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
