Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, computer peripherals, IT hardware, application software, and software tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware such as smart boards, printers, and network infrastructure.
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure by installing antivirus software and performing regular updates.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to prevent data loss.
  • Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity.
  • Offer technical services and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support distance and blended learning approaches when required and guide the training of teachers.
  • Support the admission department in managing the admission process.
  • Configure the firewall and create security policies to protect against cyber threats.
  • Manage application and web filters, IPsec VPN, and SSL VPN.
  • Monitor the bandwidth and internet usage to optimize network performance.
