About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Portfolio Sales Director to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and campaign activities to successful completion, integrating multiple aspects of the customers' needs in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft campaign-specific strategies, secure and manage resources, and secure management commitment to ensure successful execution.
  2. Monitor Campaign Progress: Create metrics to monitor campaign project status and budget requirements.
  3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Initiate, maintain, and advance customer relationships and work to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer.
  4. Establish and Expand Network: Establish, maintain, and expand network to address customer needs and keep lines of communication open.
  5. Develop Customer Solutions: Develop customer solutions by coordinating and integrating with internal and external processes and organizations to provide a competitive advantage and to foster business growth while meeting targeted business margins.
  6. Identify Future Business Opportunities: Identify future business opportunities and promote the value of Boeing portfolio and partnership.
  7. Develop Strong Relationships within Boeing: Develop strong relationships within Boeing with the aim to partner, engage, pursue, and win new business with new and existing customers.
  8. Lead Proposal Development: Lead preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and ensures correct members and resources are included in the team. Recommends alternative means of compliance to customer requests. Reviews and contributes to the final draft materials. Challenges recommended scope and cost to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  9. Lead Negotiations: Lead negotiations and finalizes commitments, ensuring mutual benefit to the customer and Boeing by interfacing directly with customer decision-makers and influencers. Leverages detailed understanding of both customer and Boeing needs and resources to find areas of alignment and integration. Obtains commitment within parameters approved by management.
  10. Coordinate Solution Packaging: Coordinates packaging of Boeing and Industry products and knowledge into complete solutions that meet customer needs.
  11. Lead Capture Team: Leverages company resources by building and leading a capture team to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage, and foster business growth by using a comprehensive understanding (breadth and depth) of multiple Digital and Boeing products and services, processes, operations, and resources.
  12. Lead Approval Process: Leads the approval process by advocating the customer requirements and selling the business case to management to ensure quality deal. Balances the enterprise, business unit, and customer goals to meet and drive Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).
Requirements
  1. Proven Track Record: Proven track record as a successful customer-facing professional in the civil aviation industry.
  2. Leadership Experience: 3+ years' experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
  3. Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  4. Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Language Skills: Fluent in written and verbal Arabic is preferred.
  2. Sales and Marketing Experience: 5+ years' experience with Sales & Marketing.
  3. International Sales Experience: 5+ years' experience managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns.
  4. Charismatic Leadership: Personality of a natural and charismatic Sales Director.
Relocation

Immigration support can be provided as required but relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
