We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and products.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sketch.
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines, and the ability to develop and maintain them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with design tools such as InVision, Axure, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
