Job Title: Senior Solution Architect Hybrid Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect Hybrid Cloud to join our team at Emirates Global Aluminium EGA. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure architecture for both cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain IT Infrastructure Architecture: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure compute, storage, and network solutions for both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Create Architectural Blueprints and Roadmaps: Develop detailed architectural blueprints and roadmaps for infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards.
  • Lead Hybrid Cloud Solutions: Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises and cloud resources seamlessly.
  • Evaluate and Select Cloud Services: Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
  • Ensure Efficient Data Migration: Ensure efficient and secure data migration between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Architect and Optimize Network Infrastructure: Architect and optimize corporate and manufacturing network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN.
  • Design and Implement Compute and Storage Solutions: Design and implement scalable and secure compute and storage solutions, including servers, virtualization, and SAN/NAS systems.
  • Ensure Resource Utilization and Capacity Planning: Ensure efficient resource utilization and capacity planning.
  • Oversee Infrastructure-as-Code and Automation: Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
  • Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Ensure that all infrastructure solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Implement Robust Security Measures: Implement robust security measures to protect data and infrastructure assets.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure teams.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure initiatives and innovation.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions and services.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure.
  • Continuously Evaluate and Improve Infrastructure Solutions: Continuously evaluate and improve existing infrastructure solutions to enhance performance, security, and efficiency.
  • Drive Innovation and Adoption of New Technologies: Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to support organizational growth and agility.
