You will communicate these needs proactively with our HR and business management, seeking to develop integrated solutions.

The position involves formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implementing HR processes and procedures within Middle East and Africa, ensuring compliance with legislation and HR policies.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to drive business results and improve organizational performance.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the business and its goals, and using this knowledge to inform HR decisions.
  • Overseeing industrial relations and organized labor within Middle East and Africa, and representing HR in the business.
