The Role: Analyst – Venture Investments

This mid-senior level position offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our investment process, supporting due diligence efforts, financial modeling, and overall portfolio strategy. You will analyze financial statements, cap tables, projections, and business plans of potential investment targets, conducting market research and competitive landscape analysis to assess investment opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, cap tables, projections, and business plans to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to assess investment opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Financial Modeling: Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis, etc.), and risk assessment to support investment decisions.
  • Deal Execution: Coordinate with lawyers, founders, and financial advisors to execute deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Portfolio Performance: Track the performance of portfolio companies, analyzing financial performance and key metrics to inform investment decisions.
What We're Looking For

We seek a highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented individual with strong financial modeling & valuation skills. The ideal candidate should have exposure to technology, AI, fintech, or deep tech investments and be able to navigate complex financial data and business models. Excellent research and writing skills are also essential, as you will craft compelling investment memos and market reports to inform our investment decisions.
