Barista Job Description

At The Team Builders, we're seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at an upscale restaurant in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the bar counter and ensure mise en place and ingredients are prepared for efficient service.
  • Maintain the quality of beverages, including coffee and teas.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks to avoid stock shortages.
  • Assist with monthly inventory and ensure correct date labeling.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
  • Familiarity with cold drinks and mocktails preparation.
  • Warm and inviting personality.
  • Ability to think calmly under pressure.
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for food and beverage.
