Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fittings.
  • Install new mechanical equipment such as air handlers, chillers, and boilers.
Civil and Architectural Works:
  • Installation of architectural interiors such as furniture, TV, ceiling works (gypsum), lighting fixtures, etc.
Electrical:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuits, and wiring.
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and lighting systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fuses, circuit breakers, and electrical connections.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty wiring or overloaded circuits.
  • Install new electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches.

Plumbing:
