Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our team at STAR SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of process safety and risk management in our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process safety management systems to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safe and efficient processes.
  4. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on process safety and risk management.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in process safety and risk management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in process safety and risk management.
  3. Strong understanding of relevant UAE and international HSE regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in HSE software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry at engineer level.
  2. Experience in ADNOC group of companies.
  3. Strong understanding of relevant UAE and international HSE regulations.
