Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategy and Compliance Manager to join our team at BYTEDANCE. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of procurement policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Establish Global Procurement Policies: Create and implement procurement policies that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the procurement process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit, to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Enhance Implementation of Policies: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all stakeholders understand and comply with procurement policies.
  • Review and Provide Guidance: Review procurement processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor Execution and Report Deviations: Regularly monitor the execution of procurement processes and report any deviations from policy to senior management.
  • Support Auditing Projects: Collaborate with the internal audit team to identify and address any critical findings related to procurement processes.
