Position Overview

The role of the Landscape Architect involves a variety of field engineering tasks that necessitate the application of fundamental engineering principles and theories typically covered in a Bachelor's degree program. This position is essential for ensuring that all landscape designs meet industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Approval: Assess contractor submissions against contract documents and provide necessary approvals. The Landscape Architect will evaluate shop drawings, document submissions, material, and technical proposals to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Contractor Evaluation: Conduct prequalification reviews of contractors and subcontractors, offering recommendations to the client based on findings.
