Key Responsibilities:

  2. Attend meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
  3. Assist in preparing weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports on project progress, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
  4. Coordinate with design teams to ensure project deliverables are met and timelines are respected.
  5. Manage and control all project communications, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members working on the same project, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
  3. Working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Office, and other PC software packages commonly used in engineering.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  5. Familiarity with industry practices and regulations is essential.
