Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee and manage financial planning and portfolio management for a large-scale real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a long-range real estate asset management strategy.
  • Led and drove fundraising and investor relations efforts across multiple asset classes.
  • Maximize the performance and value of the company's portfolio of real estate assets through acquisitions, dispositions, and other transactions.
  • Originating deals through data mining/primary research and leveraging networks of property consultants, investment banks, local brokers, wealth managers, institutional firms, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of deals including preparation of pitch decks, valuation, financial models, structuring, due diligence management, documentation, negotiations, and landowner/institutional investors management.
