The RoleAs a Junior Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring service excellence. You will support the implementation and proactive monitoring of operational projects aimed at optimizing our property portfolio and streamlining the customer conversion funnel.
You will handle daily interactions with customers and real estate advisors, assisting in issue resolution and ensuring a smooth experience. You will continuously improve the customer experience by deeply understanding their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation and proactive monitoring of operational projects aimed at optimizing our property portfolio and streamlining the customer conversion funnel.
- Handle daily interactions with customers and real estate advisors, assisting in issue resolution and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by deeply understanding their needs.
- Analyze customer behavior using different tools and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Develop a strong understanding of Huspy's core digital tools and app.
- Support initiatives that encourage our network of real estate advisors to adopt and fully utilize our technology.
- University internship agreement (mandatory requirement).
- Passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Zapier, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Analytical mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A proactive attitude, autonomy, and a motivation to take on challenges.
