Main Responsibilities

  1. Familiarize yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
  2. Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.
  3. Take food and beverage orders from guests, offering suggestions for enhanced dining experiences.
  4. Utilize the outlet point-of-sales system as prescribed.
  5. Ensure accurate recording of sales, adhering to procedures for ordering, voiding, or correcting items.
  6. Deliver high-quality service by serving food and beverages according to established standards.
  7. Efficiently clear tables and relocate dirty dishes to the designated area.
  8. Carry out opening and closing duties as assigned.
  9. Offer flexibility in accommodating special guest requests for customized food and beverage preparations.
  10. Maintain your assigned station/section in a spotless and organized state at all times.
  11. Adhere to company-established brand standards, incorporating both mandatory and optional requirements.

Essential Qualities

  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant setting.
  • Passion for hospitality and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Residence in the United Arab Emirates.
