- Provide comprehensive information about the company, available positions, and the hiring process.
- Administer assessments or case studies for specific roles as required.
- Assist in organizing travel logistics for candidates attending interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communications with hiring managers.
- Deliver timely feedback to candidates regarding their interview outcomes.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and relay insights to the recruitment team.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, including both permanent and internship roles.
- Engage with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Facilitate briefing sessions with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Generate reports and utilize basic Excel skills for data management.
- Support the sourcing of candidates and handle administrative tasks for assessment centers.
