Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Support the development of projects for emergency, crisis, and disaster management, and manage the acquired clients and contracts.
- Proposal Preparation: Coordinate the input of technical teams, identify and support the qualification of new suppliers, and maintain clients' relations regarding technical and operational aspects.
- Methodology Development: Create and update methodologies for project execution, and review technical proposals.
- Client Relations: Maintain clients' relations regarding technical and operational aspects, and create and update methodologies.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant role, and 5 years of experience in companies delivering project management, engineering design, research, and public regulatory services.
- Qualifications: Relevant university-level qualifications in Civil/Architectural Engineering/Planning/Risk or Emergency Management, and excellent English written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Client-focused, highly organized, good time management, and ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate others to ensure deadlines are met.
