We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Law Specialist to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank. As a Commercial Law Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing legal risks across various geographies where we operate.

  • Work closely with the General Counsel and relevant lawyers to ensure compliance with FAB Group legal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all litigation matters related to the FAB Group.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and auditors on litigation status and trends.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records of all FAB Group litigation cases.
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive litigation reports for senior management and auditors.
  • Support the team in preparing other reports as required by head office functions and committees.

Trademark Coordination

  • Manage FAB's global trademark portfolio, ensuring timely renewals and registrations.
  • Coordinate new trademark applications and manage oppositions in cooperation with external agents.

Panel Firm Administration

  • Maintain an updated list of FAB's panel law firms and their contact information.
  • Support the onboarding process of new panel law firms and update internal processes accordingly.

Professional Development
